Cooking Class with Inn at Cedar Falls Chef

Join us on Tuesday, January 25th, 6:30 pm at Hills Market in Columbus. Presenting the culinary offerings of Anthony Schulz of Inn at Cedar Falls and the our brews in a four-course class and dinner. The first hour of this two-hour class will be Chef Schulz’s demonstration in the kitchen. Afterwards, participants will move to the wine department to enjoy the four course meal paired with the beers.

Crab Cake w/Citrus Aioli paired with the Witbier
Sauteed Pears w/Watercress paired with the Saison
Duxelle Stuffed Beef Shoulder Tender w/Sherry Reduction & Whipped Goat Cheese Mashed Potatoes paired with the Dubbel
Fontina, Sharp Cheddar & Pecorino Cheeses paired with the Tripel
