Edible Columbus Event

Last Saturday we had a very special evening with the people from Edible Columbus and those who attended the dinner. The pairings were absolutely scrumptious.

Our Beer accompanied by Thurns Charcuterie & Smoked Cheeses
Classic Prince Edward Island Mussels with Lucky Cat French Bread and Rouille
A Ginger Lemon Saison Cocktail prepared by Mixologist Chris Dehlavi
Baby Tatsoi mixed with Micro Greens from Swainway Urban Farm served with Friend’s Ranch Valencia Oranges, dressed with Parmigiano and a Lemon Vinagrette
Slow Roasted Stonefield Natural Pork Porchetta prepared by Jim Budros
Phipps Farm Heirloom Cannellini Beans with Kale Caramelized Brussel Sprouts with crispy Sage
Dessert
Pear Frangipan by Pistacia Vera garnished with whipped Bourbon Snowville Cream
